Everett E HendersonEverett E. Henderson, 90, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away at home on Wednesday April 15, 2009. He was born on May 13, 1918 in Miller, Ohio, son of the late C.C. and Grace Brumfield Henderson of Crown City, Ohio. He was a retired heavy equipment operator and he attended First Baptist Church of Proctorville. He was a member of Proctorville Masonic Lodge #550 F & AM, and was recently honored for being the oldest member. He was third of ten children and was preceded in death by siblings Gertrude Sheets, Charles Henderson, Ernestine Henderson, Wreathel Whitley, Ronald Henderson, Avenell Hagar, Dean Henderson, and an infant brother Arnold Otis Henderson. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Wanda; a sister, Ruth Ann Lockhart and her husband Jack of Chesapeake; two daughters, Cynthia Wade and her husband Larry of Proctorville, and Pam Hager and her husband Todd of Proctorville, Ohio. He had a great love for his two granddaughters, Tiffany Wade Hughes and her husband Nathan, and a great granddaughter on the way of Columbus, Ohio, and Allison Hager of Proctorville, Ohio. He will be greatly missed by all his loving nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral service will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday April 18, 2009 at Hall Funeral Home by Pastor Jeff Black and Pastor Mike Smith. Burial will follow in Crown City Cemetery. Proctorville Masonic Lodge #550 F & AM will conduct graveside rites. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday April 18, 2009 at Hall Funeral Home Proctorville, Ohio. Everett was a great man and a wonderful Brother. It saddens my heart that he has been called home while part of me rejoices that his trials and troubles have now ceased. Henderson family you will be in my prayers and thoughts. Brother Donald Ray
