 Steven O Dell Smith II age 5 weeks and 5 days died Saturday May 2, 2009 at Spectrum Health DeVos Childrens Hospital, Grand Rapids. Funeral services are Wednesday May 6 at 1 PM from Hurst Funeral Home with Pastor Kevin Crowell officiating. Burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery, Greenville. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Steven is survived by his parents LaVern C. Smith and Heaven Jerrils, grandparents Linda Gibson of Greenville, Steven O. Smith of Sidney, Shannon Jerrils of Stanton, Susanna Litniaski of Fenwick, great grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Memorial contributions may be given to the family.

Just wanted to say how sorry I am for the passing of your little one. I know it will be hard to get on with life, but keep in mind that he is in a safe and warm place now and is not suffering.
