H. Marie Barr age 92 of Greenville died Tuesday May 26, 2009 at Metron of Greenville. She was born in Grand Rapids, MI on June 24,1 916 the daughter of Lawrence and Anna Klink Enbody. She was married in Belding on April l7, 1936 to Frederick Barr. He preceded her in death on February 2, 1989. Also preceding her in death were her daughter Janet, her sisters, Mary Petersen and Rose Hicks and brothers Lawrence and James Enbody.
She attended Shiloh Community Church and she and her husband raised their family on the Kiddville and Long Lake road area where they lived for many years. She is survived by her children; Grace "Mickey " and Dale Jacobsen of Fenwick, Cheryl Ann (Terry) Mortensen of Mecosta, Fred J. and Mary Barr of Stanton, William L. and Paula Barr of Sand Lake and David L. and Mary Barr of Dayton Ohio, 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren, her sister-in-law Iva Enbody of Cedar Springs and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday May 30 2009 at 11 AM from Hurst Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Harger officiating. Burial will be in Green Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 6 to 8 PM. Memorial contributions may be given to Shiloh Church
