Tammy Lee Armstrong, 51, of Huntington, WV passed away Tuesday June 2, 2009 at home. She was born May 11, 1958. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Lona Pettit and nephew Chris Calderon. Tammy is survived by her daughter, Angel Aguilar; grandchildren, Gage Byrd and Aliyah Byrd; son Ty Kendricks; sisters, Linda Hensler, Toni Llewellyn, Bryn Wells, Debbie Pettit, and Kelly Hardesty; brother, Rick Pettit; nephews, Jose Calderon, Cody Wells, Steve Hensler, Jim Hensler, Shawn Yates, and Kasey Yates; nieces Trina Menzie, Tria Short, Tiffany Hardesty, Kelly Dawn Hardesty, Ashleigh Yates; and many many people whose lives she has touched. A memorial service will be conducted 4:00 p.m. Saturday June 6, 2009 at Rock of Ages Guyandotte, WV by Pastor Buddy Muncy. Hall Funeral Home Proctorville, Ohio is in charge of arrangements.
After Glow
I'd like the memory of me to be a happy one. I'd like to leave an after glow of smiles when life is done. I'd like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways, of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I'd like the tears of those who grieve, to dry before the sun of happy memories that I leave when life is done.
