I knew Dave from softball and he was always the person to tell me to never give up when i was having an off day. The way he would hug or shake my hand after the game, always made me feel good. He has had a major impact on me through my life, and I will miss him dearly. However, he's in a better place, and I'm sure he's better off there. He is loved by many, and will be missed my many as well.

Please know that my heart is sad with the news of Dave. His leadership in many different aspects of life proved his love and faithfulness for the Lord, his family, his work and hobbies. His smile always a comfort, and he made a difference in so many lives. Ella thought so much of Dave and looked up to him with pride. Her umpire in softball. We need more Dave Lindsey's in this world. A man of love and honor. We will miss his smile and laugh. Let the Lord lead you in your time of grief and grace. Love to you all.........

I am so sorry for your loss. I graduated from Symmes Valley in 2004 and I played many years of softball and I have helped the out with the team for the past couple of years. Dave was an amazing man....the sweetest ever. He could always put a smile on my face. He would do anything for any of us girls and always had words of encouragement...for on the field and in life. He will be greatly missed by many many people.
