Joe T SingerJoe T. Singer, 75, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Saturday July 18, 2009 at home. He was born September 14, 1933 in Proctorville, Ohio, son of the late Ed and Eva Singer. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Corine Fuller Singer; five half brothers, Marshall, Herschell, Harry, Eddie, and Gustin Singer; and one half sister Thelma Singer. Joe was retired from Rick Eplion Paving and was a member of Proctorville VFW Post #6878. He is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law J.T. and Jennifer Singer of Apple Grove,West Virginia and Gary and Mary Singer of Mansfield, Ohio; one daughter and son-in-law Margaret and David Mays of Lavalette, WV; one sister Annabelle Spears of Proctorville; two grandchildren Ashton Wyatt and Michael Mays; three great grandchildren Cody, Alan, and Luke; and one special nephew Roy "Ray" Singer. Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Wednesday July 22, 2009 at Hall Funeral Home by Pastor Harold Hamlin. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday July 21, 2009 at Hall Funeral Home Proctorville, Ohio. Proctorville VFW Post #6878 will conduct military graveside rites. We were so sorry to here about Joe. Mom was very sick and in the hospital so we did not make it to the funeral home. Joe was mom's first cousin, he was aways trying to give me a hard time. God will always be there for all of you. We will keep you in are pray's love Fay and Debbie

To my cousins, I am so sorry for your loss. Uncle Joe was here for me and my sisters when we lost Dad & Mom. We never really got to show our appreciation to them. They knew how much they were both loved by us none the less. You all are in our prayers and our thoughts. Love Darlene
