Phyllis C. Stephens Castle, 50, of South Point, Ohio passed away Wednesday July 22, 2009 in the Hospice House of Huntington. She was born October 21, 1958 in Lawrence County, Ohio, daughter of the late Charles and Flossie Allen Stephens. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Oywer and Otha Jeffers and Bill Stephens; and three sisters, Dessie Townsend, Sue Adams, and Alice Thompson. She is survived by her loving husband Kevin Castle; three sons Ernie "Junior" (Diane) Salmons of Grayson, KY, Russell (Geri) Salmons of Hitchins, KY, and Bobby (Tonya) Hensley of Willow Wood, Ohio; five grandchildren Joshua, Cody, Haley, Tanner, and Tristan; five sisters Mary (Larry) Watters of Chesapeake, Ohio, Patty (Charles) Hardy of Chesapeake, Charlotte (Danny) Townsend of Coal Grove, Ohio, Donna (Donald) Massie of Ironton, Ohio, and Nancy Burcham of Willow Wood, Ohio; one brother Steve (Barbara) Stephens of Pedro, Ohio; and father-in-law and mother-in-law Ray and Anita Castle . Funeral service will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday July 25, 2009 at Hall Funeral Home by Pastor Charles Hardy and Pastor Roger Smathers. Burial will be held in Highland Memorial Gardens South Point, Ohio. Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Friday July 24, 2009 at Hall Funeral Home Proctorville, Ohio.
