hello to leonards family. i was very sad to hear that leonard had passed. he was my bus driver through all my years of school. even when i moved he made a special stop to pick me up. i use to stop by his house in sheridan to trick or treat, he always gave me 50 cent peices!! he also had coffee with my grandfather wayne linder in sheridan at the resturant. i never knew that he served in world war 2. very impressive!! once again i am very sorry to hear this news, but i am sure he is now in a better place!! thank you for taking the time to read this!

I was one of your fathers first "bus" kids over 40 years ago and I still remember him fondly. He made each of us feel special and that memory still remains. God bless your family at a difficult time.

It was a pleasure to know Leonard at Greenville Public Schools. He would stop in to see me even after he retired when he had a question about his insurance or retirement and would usually bring me a treat. I will miss seeing him. He was so proud of his children and always spoke so highly of you.

Robert, Bridget, Amy & Nancy,
I am deeply saddened to learn of your father's passing. My father always had funny stories to tell us growing up about Uncle Leo. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Always remember, a loved one never dies, they live in your heart forever.

I was a pleasure knowing and working with Leonard. He had some great stories, he was a very very proud veteran. Leonard loved his job and "his kids" loved him.
I have talked to many that have graduated and they always ask about him. He taught a lot of young people respect. I will always remember how proud he was of his family and how much he loved them.
Joe
