1926 - 2009
 Margaret Lillian Winkler, 83, of South Point, Ohio passed away Wednesday December 2, 2009 at the Hospice Care Center Ashland, KY. She was born July 10, 1926 in Huntington, WV, daughter of the late John and Gracie Mae Hicks Kipp. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Barbour "Wink" Winkler; three brothers, John Kipp Jr., William Kipp, and Walter Kipp; and one sister Frances Louise Winkler. She was a member of Assembly of God Raceland, KY and attended Sybene Senior Citizens Center. She is survived by one daughter, Barbara Sue Coldiron; one son Billy Winkler both of South Point, Ohio; five grandsons; seven great grandchildren; two brothers, Ronald Kipp of South Point, Ohio and Paul Kipp of Huntington, WV; sister Alice Clark of Cleveland, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday December 5, 2009 at Hall Funeral Home by Pastor James Wells. Burial will follow in Greenbottom Memorial Park Lesage, WV. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday December 4, 2009 at Hall Funeral Home Proctorville, Ohio. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall. |

Patrick,Randy,Tracy & Sue Iam so sorry for your loss. Gran was a great woman. She was so kind and always had a smile on her face. She will forever be in your hearts and always watching over you guys.I often said she was the prettiest granny i had ever seen. Love You All!

Billy and family its been so long since I talked with you guys or even seen any of you, but I just happened to read the paper and read about your Mother.
