I know it's been a year this month...am very sad...I knew Ariyan (Leonard) from back in 1969...He took me on his bike to the hospital in 1970...to have my baby...(not his baby)and I will never forget him or that ride...he was so unique...my sympathy goes to his family...

Alice, this is Sheena from Dr. Ahmed's dental office. I want to say how truly sorry I am to hear about the loss of your dear husband. I only knew him through the office, but could tell he was such a gently soul. You all are in my thoughts. It is quite clear from reading these posts how much he was loved.

I love reading the wonderful words written about Ariyan. He was bigger than life. His sense of humor, dry wit, and laughter were a large part of the man he was. With this horrifying disease, he never let go of who he was. As his wife, lover, friend, companion and admirer, I was honored to be there for him in those times of need, just as he had been for me. Our children and I miss him and love him and always will. The quiet is deafening.

My Dearest Uncle Moon, I will forever hold you close to my heart. I will never forget your contagious sense of humor, charisma, wit, intelligence and most of all your passion for life and British Motorcycles. I consider myself blessed to have had you in my life for 30 plus years. You brought so much joy and love to my family and played such an important part of our life. The bountiful memories and time spent with you I will forever treasure.

Unfortunately, I am saddened by this death, not because he died, but because he got to die before I could confront him about the 6 years of hell he put me and my sisters and mother through. All the beatings, blood shed and abuse has taken it's toll on my family with tremendously negative results. Yes, he was the father of my sister, Tristyn, and I support her, but Ariyan was an evil man who got away with murder. How could you have put your hands on children the way you did? I have hated you my entire life and you are the reason I lost god. I was only 6 years old...Shauna and I were just babies and you stole our innocence and replaced it with hatred. I hope hell accepts you with wide open arms...this condolence page is disgusting and full of lies below...

I grew up seeing this guy at Mack & Daves and around town, and would for a split second mistake him for Kevin Cronin. Although I never met him, there's a part of me that misses him for the simple fact that I always got a kick out of seeing him walk around town. RIP
