Isabella Marie Higgins, 23 days old, of Crown City, Ohio, a beautiful and perfect angel returned to Heaven on January 28, 2010. Although her time on earth was short, her name bestowed a lifetime of blessings and joy on all her family who loved her immensely. Isabella is survived by her parents Sarah Ratcliff and Justin Higgins. In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sisters who loved her very much, Kileigh Faye and Abigail Dawn; maternal grandparents Gary and Ladawna Ratcliff; paternal grandparents Christina and Roger Roach; aunts and uncles, Angela (Jeffrey) Walters, Robbie (Stephanie) Ratcliff, Hazel and Chasity Payne; maternal great grandmothers Virginia Carter and Betty White; paternal great grandfather Ernest Montgomery; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins She was preceded in death by her great grandparents Donald and Alice Higgins, Ervin White, Bob Carter, Squire Ratcliff, Doug Simms; aunt Sandy Powers; and uncle Greg Carter . A private family graveside service will be conducted at Locust Grove Cemetery by Pastor Darrell Fowler. Hall Funeral Home Proctorville, Ohio is in charge of arrangements.
