So sorry to hear of your mom's passing May god be with you all in this time of sorrow. This poem helped me when my father and mother passed and I hope it helps you all. The Day God Called You Home. God looked around his garden, And found an empty place. He then looked down upon His earth, And saw your loving face. He saw your path was difficult And he closed your weary eyes, He whispered to you Peace be Thine And gave you wings to fly. It broke my heart to lose you, But you did not go alone. For part of me went with you On the day God took you home.
