James Frederick Webb, 71 of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Thursday, February 4, 2010 at Huntington Health and Rehabilitation Center, Huntington, WV. He was born September 7, 1938 to the late Lloyd and Alma Rucker Webb. He was also preceded in death by three sisters Della Mae Hargis Gartin, Elizabeth Cote, Joy Dean Osborn; one brother J.D. Webb. He is survived by one brother Ray Webb of Leon, Ky.; one nephew Glen W. Marcum of Huntington, WV.; several other nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be conducted 1 p.m. Monday, February 8, 2010 at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Huntington, WV by Pastor Ronnie Adams. Visitation will be held one hour before the service on Monday, February 8, 2010 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.
