Thank you all so very much for you friendship, prayers and kindness, although I am sharing my thoughts, I am sure I also speak for all of my family in saying Thank you, it is really overwhelming how much value you find in your friends and family when things like this happen, kind words, hand shakes, hugs and tears are all a part of the process, and finding loving, caring thoughts from all of you here helps start the healing process, knowing we're not alone. Mrs. Kerr, Lesa, David, and family, I was so sorry to learn of Marilyn's death. Lesa, I remember when you were one of my students how interested your mom was in your progress. Later when I would see her out and about she always remembered who I was. I am so sorry for your loss. She was a talented and unique individual. I have loss track of your family, but always remember the love all of you shared. My deepest sympathy to all of you.

Lesa and famiy, you have my deepest sympathies. Marilyn was a wonderful art teacher, co worker, and friend. She and I car pooled 5-6 years and she imparted a lot of wisdom on our drives. I have many memories. One of her favorite sayings was "do your best and the h-- with the rest" and "remember the squeaky wheel gets the grease." She was indeed a very giving person, and loved all her family very much.

Mark and family, my sincere condolences to you during this time of loss of your beloved Marilyn (mom, sister, aunt, grandmother, friend, etc). May you all rest in God's loving care as you walk through your personal grief in the days, months, years to come. Grief is personal and ongoing with many different stages. She will always be Mrs. Mauck to me. I remember her and George very well. I was always partial to her cooking and admired her art work every time I went to the house. She was a warm, full spirited lady that fit in with any crowd. It is my prayer that her family all will be comforted at this time of mourning. May God add his blessing on all of you.
