Minnie Bell Parsons, 72, of Chesapeake, Ohio, passed away Friday February 19, 2010 in St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral service will be conducted 1 PM Wednesday February 24, 2010 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio by her brother Pastor Paul Triplett and her son Elder Edward Ray Parsons. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday February 23, 2010 at Hall Funeral Home. Minnie was born October 17, 1937 in Mingo County, WV, daughter of the late Kermit and Mildred Marie Dent Triplett. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her daughter Billie Jones. Minnie attended Liberty United Baptist Church in Branchland, WV. She is survived by two sons, Robert Parsons of Lantana, FL, and Edward Ray Parsons of Chesapeake, OH; two daughters, Glenna Locke of Orange Park, FL and Pam Mullins of Lantana, FL; 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and two brothers, Donald Triplett of South Point, OH, and Paul Triplett of Branchland, WV. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Arthritis Foundation. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall
