Charlie was a good friend of my late father, Carl Roby, and myself as well. We used to see each other quite often during my stint as a P-Ville cop, & he always had a friendly word. He was pleased to see me watch the traffic light at the Gateway store, where Alice was killed.
My prayers & condolences to all his family & friends-
Phillip C. Roby

Patty, Charlotte, and Chuck,
I am sorry to hear about Uncle Tommy. My thoughts and prayers are with you. He had a good, long life, but always short where loved ones are concerned. Mom is in a nursing home, and I have been sick, so will not make it down. Take care and please keep in touch.
Your cousin,
Rohdonda
