Bradley "Brad" Potts, 38 of Scottown, Ohio passed away at his home on March 9, 2010 at 11:45 am after a courageous battle with cancer. He was the son of Wanda Potts of Scottown and late Virgile "Jake" Potts. Brad was employed at Jim's Termite and Pest Control for nine years where he made many friends. He was a 1989 graduate of Symmes Valley High School. Brad enjoyed spending his time outdoors and with his family especially his many nieces and nephews. He was a loving and wonderful son, brother and uncle. In addition to his mother he is survived by two brothers Heath Potts of Scottown, Ohio; Donald (Robin)Potts of Hurricane, WV; two sisters Crystal (John) Williams of Beaver, Ohio; Deloris (Donald) Spence of Spring Valley, WV; six nieces and nephews; eight great nieces and nephews. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by two brothers Kevin Potts and Tommy Potts; two sisters Tammy Potts and Lois Lorraine Potts. He left this life to begin his journey with the Lord. You will be missed. Graveside services will be held 1 pm Friday, March 12, 2010 at Miller Memorial Gardens in Miller, Ohio by Pastor Aaron Childers. Visitation will be held 11 am to 12:30 pm Friday, March 12, 2010 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.

I'm am thinking about you toay, and miss you so much. I rember changing your diapers and you calling me dora because you could not say my name. You took wonderful care of our mother after dad passed and we love you for that. You were a great brother may tou rest in peace.

Brad and I were friends in school and continued our friendship long after. I'm shocked and very saddened to find out this news. I feel bad that so many years have gone by since we last spoke. My condolences to his family....

Brad was such a sweet and kind person. We had a contract with Jim's where I worked and everytime he came there he was always so nice and polite. He always made me smile and we had wonderful conversation. He'll be missed.

I have known Brad for many years and really enjoyed every time I talked to him. From the first time I spoke with him at Jr. High, to the day we graduated and the time thereafter. i am so sorry for your loss brad was a good person i've known brad since we were about 12years old we all used to hang around at the covered bridge or at the hayses have alot of wonderful memories brad will be greatly missed by alot of people

i had the priveledge to meet him when i merried my husband and he was the most kind and loveing person that you could ever meet he will be missed by his family and his close friend's we all loved him and will aways miss him but he's in a better place now and he's not in any kind of pain may god bless his family and his friend's we all miss him and love him very much .....

I had the priveledge of getting to know Brad through his work and he was always so nice. We miss seeing and talking to him. Cherish the memories you have of him and remember he is with our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. Your family is in my prayers.
