1929 - 2010
 Janice P. Miller Carson, 80, of Proctorville, Ohio, joined her loving husband John W. Carson Jr., on April 4, 2010, Easter morning, one of her favorite holidays of the year. She was born October 12, 1929, daughter of the late William Fredrick Miller and Olivia Davidson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son Larry Joe Kersey; daughter Tina Marie Carson; son-in-law Curt Bailey; and two sisters Marie Little and Patricia Norris McEachon. Janice is survived by three children Gloria Carson Bailey, John "Bud" (Mary) Carson III, Lisa Carson (Chester T. Jr.) Nutter; loving grandchildren, Joel E. Bailey of Proctorville, Jodi R. Bailey of West Palm Beach, FL, Wesley and Kim Carson of Columbus, Ohio, Kelli Carson of South Point, Heath Carson of South Point, Jamie Carson of Houston, TX, Olivia Nutter and Carson Nutter of Proctorville, and Koty Carson of South Point; two loving great grandchildren Kerri and Kalie Carson of Columbus, Ohio; three sisters, Evelyn Conway of Ashland, KY, Violet Bias of South Point, and Blanche Roberts of Bentonville, Arkansas; and her special friends at Heartland of Riverview. Funeral service will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Thursday April 8, 2010 at Hall Funeral Home by Pastor Tom Ross. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens South Point, Ohio. Visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday April 7, 2010 at Hall Funeral Home Proctorville, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The American Red Cross. Mother, Jeanette Vance, and all family want to say how sorry we are for your loss. Mother has been remembering and telling stories about your Mom and Dad, and kids.
