1928 - 2010
 Elizabeth Moore Pack, 81, of Midland Meadows Assisted Living Center in Ona passed away on Friday, October 8, 2010 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington. She was a long time resident of Proctorville, Ohio and was born in Logan County, WV on December 14, 1928 to the late Beulah Smith Moore and William Moore. She was a homemaker, loving mother of seven daughters who adored her, and a wonderful grandmother and great-grandmother. Elizabeth was a member of First Baptist Church in Proctorville. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Arlie V. Pack, as well as her brothers Deward, Luther, and George Moore and sisters Pansy Moore, Ruby Moore, Opal Boling, and Ruth Riffett. Her surviving siblings are Sarah Topping and William (Geraldine) Moore, Jr. She is also survived by daughters Lana (Paul) Thurston, Beulah Handy, Karen Tillis, Romain Ball, Evelyn Capper, Jannell (Robert) Hess, and Annette (Gary) Johnson. Her surviving grandchildren are: Eric (Natalie) Thurston, Alex (Emma) Thurston, Ryan (Lisa) Salyer, Jodi Salyer (Anthony) Barker, Traci Tillis (David) Blount, Scott Ball, Jay (Julie) Capper, Alaine Capper and her fiance Corbin Purdum, Christin Capper, Jonathan and Stephanie Hess, Doug Spence and his fiance Becca Tucker, Michael Spence, Mandy (Kyle) Bane, and Rachel (Stevie) Karr. Elizabeth's great grandchildren are Samantha Casey, Cullen, Amelia, Cole, Colin, and Caden Thurston, Cody and Connor Salyer, Elizabeth, Emma, and Elaina Barker, Caiden Capper, and Kendall Bane. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 10, 2010 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Hall Funeral Home Proctorville and funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 11, 2010 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Miller Memorial Gardens Miller, Ohio. The family would like to thank the staff at Midland Meadows and the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House for their compassionate care. Dear Lana, Romain, Evelyn, Jamelll and Annette, as well as the rest of the family. Our mothers went home to be with the Lord just one day apart but their viewings were on the same evening. Iam so sorry about not being able to get over to the next room to see you girls. My prayers are with you.
