Edith P. Blair, 84, of Chesapeake, Ohio left this life on the early morning of October 23, 2010 to be with her family in Heaven. Polly was the widow of George D. Blair. She is survived by a daughter, Edith M. Baumgardner of Valpariso, IN; two sons, David L. Blair of Chesapeake, OH, and Donald D. Blair of South Point, OH; two sisters and one brother, Arbutus Reed of Chesapeake, OH, Anne Duncan of Cleveland, OH and John Whitt of Knoxville, TN. Also surviving are six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. At the request of the family and our mother, there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Huntington. Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio is in charge of arrangements.
