Dear C.W., I met you when Billy Joe Lee died in Gainesville. I was his friend that assisted him in his final days. I wish to pass on my condolences as well as Billy and Mary Rains. They do not have a computor and can not get a hold of you so I told them that I would send this to you. We want you to know that you will be in our thoughts and prayers. And may our Lord comfort you at this time. Sincerely Eric Geyer, and with Love, Billy and Mary Rains Rains.

We wanted to convey our deepest sympathy to the family and friends who have lost their beloved Carolyn. Though we did not know her we understand very well the pain felt when you have lost someone so dear to you. We wanted to write because at 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 it brings out that "the God of all comfort" comforts us so that we might be able to help comfort others. What helped us when faced with such sorrow was a review of the faith-strengthening accounts that share the hopes and promises held out to all by our loving Heavenly Father. The accounts when Christ Jesus demonstrated his God-given ability to resurrect those who had past away. (Luke 7:11-17; Luke 8:40-56; John 11:11-44) Christ spoke of this resurrection hope being extended to all at John 5:28,29. And how grateful we are of the hope found at Revelation 21:3,4 and Isaiah 25:8 where God says that "death will be no more" that he will "swallow up death forever." We truly hope that you will find the comfort that we have through these and other accounts found in God's Word. Please continue to look to the love and support of those around you and to our Heavenly Father who promises that "he himself will sustain you."( Psalms 55:22) If you ever need anyone to talk to, Please, feel free to write us at the listed email address. Again, we are so very sorry for your loss. With Sincere Sympathy, Mike and Becky

Your mother was such a lovely person. My mom (Katherine Shepherd) valued her friendship and enjoyed the times they were able to golf together.
