I didn't even know this sweet little lady's first name; I only knew her as Granny, as my husband, Jeff, always called her that. I finally got to meet her this summer when I stopped to help her with the cattle when they were out. She seemed like a wonderful lady. I will greatly miss seeing Granny out and about checking on her cattle and chickens when I drive by the farm. Our condolences to the family, Jeff and Terri Spears.

Janet and family, so very sorry to hear about your mother. I got to know her in the 60s when would come to Windsor Elementary each day. Such a sweetheart. I pray God will bless and keep you during this time.
