Ernest M. Ross Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1934 - 2011 Ernest M. Ross, 76, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Tuesday January 18, 2011 in St. Mary's Medical Center. He was born May 22, 1934 in Wayne, WV to the late Lawrence and Maybell Nichols Ross. He is survived by his wife Mary Ellen Ross; four sons Ernest Lee Ross, Michael David Ross, Timothy Joe Ross, and Ernest Ross Jr.; one sister Mildred Walters; six grandchildren; one great grandchild; and one very special friend John Burcham. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday January 22, 2011 at Hall Funeral Home by Pastor Jody Fortner. Burial will follow in Perkins Ridge Cemetery Willow Wood, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday January 22, 2011 at Hall Funeral Home Proctorville, Ohio. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.

I am so sorry to hear of Ernie's death. He always had a kind word and a smile for you. I am honored for your family to live in my grandparents' home where I have so many special memories. You have our deepest sympathy.

dad i will miss you i know you did not want to go but god had a better ideal life will not be the same with out you in it for your family just hope i will be the man you was and i will be i am part of you dad i love you so much and miss you who reads this be good to your mom an dad always can go any time
