Alma Lou Hardy, 73, of Chesapeake, Ohio departed this earthly home to be with Jesus on Friday, January 21, 2011 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington, WV. She was born April 4, 1937 daughter of the late Armour and Bessie Henson Hardy. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother John Hardy. She is survived by her loving sister Reba Jane (Charles) Morris of Huntington, WV; special nephew Timothy Shane Morris of Huntington, WV and a host of loving friends at Heartland of Riverview of South Point, Ohio. Alma attended the Chesapeake Baptist Church of Chesapeake, Ohio. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday, January 24, 2011 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Ronnie Tyree. Burial will follow in Getaway Cemetery, Chesapeake, Ohio. Visitation will be held 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, January, 24, 2011 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio.
