Mary L. Watters, 72, of Chesapeake, Ohio went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 28, 2011 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Everett Jeffers and Flossie Stephens . In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Larry Watters whom she was married to for 31 years; three sisters Dessie Townsend, Sue Adams and Phyllis Castle; two brothers Otha and Owyer Jeffers. She is survived by two sons David (Betty) Swann of Guyandotte, WV, Eddie (Michelle) Swann of Ceredo-Kenova, WV; two daughters Pamela Blount of Chesapeake, Ohio and Angela Tredway of Chesapeake, Ohio; a granddaughter whom she raised Tara Tredway; 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; siblings Patty Hardy of Chesapeake, Ohio, Charlotte (Danny) Townsend of Chesapeake, Ohio, Steve (Barbara) Stephens of Pedro, Ohio, Donna (Donald) Massie of Ironton, Ohio; two brothers-in-law Kevin Castle of Coal Grove, Ohio and Ted Adams of Proctorville, Ohio; a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio.
