Nancy was my dear friend ever since I was 12 years old and she was 11 years old. She had one of the best smiles of anyone. Her good heart showed through her smile. I'm going to miss her so much. She never had a bad word for anyone. An example for all of us. Love you Nancy!

Karen, I was so sorry to read about your mom. She was a truly wonderful person. My favorite memory is their wedding vowel renewal. That was so special.

To the family. I meet Nancy when I joined Tucker Memorial Baptist Church. She was so special to me. Everytime I saw her she always had that beautiful smile on. I loved her and may the Lord bless you all until we all meet Nancy in the sky someday...

Our hearts are saddened with the passing of a very dear family friend. Nancy was the kindest person whom took special interest in our two daughters when we resided in Huntington,WV for 5 years. She enjoyed helping out when needed and watched our daughters, Megan and Katherine grow at very young ages. She was there to watch Megan when I headed to the hospital to have Katherine the night before so Richard could be with me for a few hours. We did not have both families close by geographically so they were a huge help at this time in our life extending our immediate family. Was she ever tickled pink when Katherine was born in WV with a head of red hair. Katherine took an instant bond to Nancy from 6 months on. Though we left WV when she was just 3 years old, she never stopped talking about Nancy and also Charlie at the time. We remained in touch faithfully for the last 11 years with phone calls, Christmas cards and updated family letters and also photos of the girls as they progressed onto grade school, middle school and high school. Nancy was always thrilled when we called and especially Katherine who would make her day with her joyous voice and many dramatic details of her current life. Since our home was just one house between their former home, would often see Nancy on her porch swing with her bible reading it in the morning hours as we began our work day. She always had a great smile on her face and would wave to us when we passed their home. Thank you Nancy for being such a wonderful friend to our girls. They will never forget your kindness, love and your strong faith in the Lord. You will remain in all our hearts forever. You and also Charlie were a great blessing in many ways to our entire family.

Dear Karen and family, Pat and I were so sorry to hear about your Mom's passing. We have so many wonderful memories of your Mom and Dad. She was such a good friend to Betty. Just know that Pat and I are praying for you and your family to have peace in knowing that she is in heaven with Charlie. Take care. Love, Jane and Pat
