Thomas "Tom"A. Blizzard, Jr., 68, of Hilliard, Ohio passed away August 5, 2011 in Riverside Methodist Hospital Columbus, Ohio. He was born July 7, 1943 in Terre Haute, IN, to the late Thomas A. Sr. and Mabel Bell Hartman Blizzard. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers. He is survived by four children, Shellie (Scot) Mellert of Huntington, WV, James Robert(Tamara) Blizzard of Huntington, WV, Malisa Dawn Blizzard of Hilliard, Ohio and Crystal Ann Blizzard of Hilliard, Ohio; sister Phyllis Hammond of Ceredo, WV; seven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. He was a Mason and member of Eastern Star Columbus, Ohio. A graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday August 9, 2011 at Woodmere Memorial Park Huntington, WV by Pastor Brady Lipscomb.
