Dolores "Mimi" Ittig, 78, of Chesapeake, Ohio, passed away August 7, 2011 in the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington. She was preceded in death by her husband Arthur; son Artie; and six siblings, Robert, George, Bill, Paul, and Jess Griffon, and Virginia Hegg. She was the longtime proprietor of Elliott's Tavern in Barboursville, WV. She is survived by her son Rob and fiance Marissa; grandsons Robbie(Naomi), Nathan and fiance Liz, and Andrew; great granddaughter Isabella; her companion Tom Sams; siblings Ethel (Lester) Messer, Dale (Cecil) Parker, Lotasa Evans, and Pete (Von) Griffon; sisters-in-law Jan Griffon and Norma Griffon; and honorary son Rusty Pritchard. A memorial service will be held 7 p.m. Thursday August 11, 2011 at Hall Funeral Home Proctorville, Ohio. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.

I knew Dolores from Elliott's. She was always friendly and fun-loving and full of laughter. I then moved to FL and was pleased to see her once since my return. I'm sorry for your loss. RIP, Dolores.

Rob and family,
So sorry to read of your moms death. I just saw her three weeks ago and first thing she asked about,as always, was Patrick. She was such a loving, personable woman. Will miss talking with her. Prayers with all the family.
