Dear Family and Friends, We are thinking of you often in the loss of your beloved husband and father. Dr. Morford took care of me when I was 7 years old with pneumonia. He made a HOUSE call to our home on Big Branch Road. My parents, Bill and Kate Schneider thought so highly of Doc. He certainly served our community and people well. Psalm 34:18 says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those crushed in spirit." With love and sympathy, Rick and Kathie Gue

Doctor Morford was one of the nicest, caring doctors anyone could ever have.I have never mention his name around the Tri- state area, that someone has told me of of him giving his patients money to buy Christmas for their kids, or helping in some other way. My family all have very fond memories of this wonderful kind man.We will never forget him and how good he and Vivian were to our family. He surely has a special place in heaven.

Warren, knowing that the loss of a parent is deeply felt, I wanted to express my condolences to you in person. Since this has not been possible, I wanted you to know that our family has great respect for your family. The positive influence that our community has received from your Dad's service will not be forgotten. Warren, you have good genes! Blessings, Jeannine

Dr. Morford delivered me and my brother Chuck and was our family doctor for many years afterward. I realize now from dates listed that he must have been a young man then although he just seemed tall and authoritative and kind. In retrospect he was ahead of his time having a practice beside a pharmacy thus making the family medicine experience as close to "one stop shopping" as possible. Please accept my condolences for your loss.

I have many many fond memories of Dr. Morford. Many fun times at his house in the game room and all the fun times at Christmas. He was a wonderful caring man. I worked for him a short time as a receptionist at his small office in chesapeake. At the end of the day he would empty the drawer and give me all that was made that day. He was so giving. He also helped me with my sick baby once when no other doctors would. He will truly be missed by all who knew him. RIP Dr. Morford.
