Billie Joe Seabolt, 71, of Ashland, KY formerly of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2011 in Kings Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, KY. He was born May 23, 1940 in Charleston, WV son of the late Amos and Evelyn Seabolt. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters Carolyn Seabolt and S. Faye Shafer; and three brothers Paul Seabolt, Roy Seabolt and A. Lee Seabolt. He is survived by one daughter E. Candy Seabolt; four sons Billy Smith, Buddy Smith, Bobby Smith and Barry Smith; numerous grandchildren; two brothers Gary Seabolt and Perry Seabolt; two sisters Betty Seabolt and Immea Jean Seabolt; and very close friend Sharon Goodwin. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday, December 30, 2011 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor David Ball. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday, December 30, 2011 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.

I know Billie for 40 yrs. I met him when I was 13 yrs old. He was dated my mother in past. I think he is cool and funny man. I sure miss him! Let God comfort his family.

We were very sorry to learn of Billy's death. We always thought a lot of him. He would visit often with my brother, Keith, many years ago. My mother was also sadden by this. She sends her condolences also. He was such a kind and funny man...prayers are with your family! Janet

so sorry for your loss. He was a very sweet guy that I ever know. The last time I saw him was last 2 years ago he was so happy to see me .. I miss him sorely.... He's now seeing Jerry my first husband who died 1986,, in the heaven.. Love ya billie always...

dear family,
i fondly remember mr seabolt from when i worked at armstrong cable. he was always in such good spirits when he came in. i tried my best using what little sign language i knew to talk to him. May God comfort your hearts during this hard time.
