Terry Cook, age 53, of Silver Springs, FL died Friday, January 6, 2012 at home in Sliver Springs. Terry was born August 16, 1958 in Louisa, KY. He is the son of the late Olie and Norma Maude (Preston) Cook.
He was a Mechanic.
He is survived by one daughter: Tonya Cook of Campbellsville, KY; his mother Norma Maude (Preston) Cook; five brothers: Richard Cook of Louisa, KY, Robert Cook of Louisa, KY, Dean Cook of Louisa, KY, Eugene Cook of Quincy, KY, Mitchell Cook of Orient, OH; He also has one grandson, Logan Emitt Trulock of Campbellsville, KY; sister-in-law, Doris Cook of Louisa, KY; sister-in-law, Sue Cook of Louisa, KY; sister-in-law, Georgia Cook of Orient, OH; 9 nieces and nephews,
Predeceased by his father, Olie Cook, niece, Robin Cantrell, niece, Diane Cook, brother, Jerry Lee Cook.
The funeral will be held on Tuesday Januay 10th at 2:00 pm at Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Doc Maynard officiating. Burial will be in Cook Cemetery Louisa, KY.
Calling hours will be Monday, January 9 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Wilson Funeral Home.
