Clara Dillon, 90, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Wednesday January 18, 2012 in St. Mary's Medical Center. She was born November 15, 1921 in Proctorville, Ohio to the late Ode and Gladys Woods Newman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Earl Dillon; and six siblings Wilbert Newman, Clifford Newman, Mary Newman, Margaret Drown, Hazel Love, and Herbert Newman. She is survived by three children Carol Lee, Patricia Sue, and Raymond Dillon; a brother Norman (Diane) Newman of St. Paul, MN; and several nieces and nephews. She was a retired janitor from Fairland High School. A graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday January 20, 2012 at Rome Cemetery by Pastor Duane Smith. There will be no visitation.
