Buzz and Chesapeake went together like peanut butter and jelly :-) Buzz was a character, who always had a smile on his face and something witty to say. He will be missed. God Bless to you all.

When i think of Buzz, i think of CHESAPEAKE HIGH SCOOL you would go there and he would be there , always had a kind word for you. He is with all of his children and his sisters and brother now. He will be missed deeply. My heart goes out to the family!

My condolences go out to Uncle Popeye and Aunt Goldie's family. Karen's pictures of Buzzie on Facebook reminded me of our younger days when Buzzie was playing sports for Chesapeake High. He will be missed by the Curry family, all of us.

There are no words to say about how Iwe felt about Buzzy.My 3 kids grew up around him and the boys were coached by him.He was the best when it came to giving all the kids a chance. I loved and respected this man for how he treated all the kids not just some of them. Rusty you are very blessed to have had Buzz for a dad. Such a wonderful man who will be missed by us all. I know he has had a hard battle but he rest in the arms of our Lord now. RIP our beloved friend. We will never forget you.

I will always remember Buzz and his kindness. He gave so much of his time to the community and was so good to volunteer, enriching the lives of children with his knowledge of sports and his effort toward coaching them. I was always happy to see him and am sorry to learn of his death. I send my condolences to his family.
