Lisa Michelle Lowery, 45, of Huntington, WV passed away Friday, February 3, 2012 at home. She was born January 25, 1967 in Sidney, Ohio daughter of the late Charles and Wanda Barry. She is survived by two children Mariah Danielle "Dani" Lowery and Marah Lynne Young at home; five siblings Pastor Chuck Barry, Tanna Adkins, Kelly Eldred, Tim Barry and Christopher Barry; special friends Chris and Hazel Young; nine nephews and five nieces. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Chuck Barry and Pastor Dale Henson. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio. With deep sympathay to family and daughters of Lisa Lowery ....You will be painfully missed but never forgotten . You camne into my life 18 years ago...so nervous about being a first time mom , outspoken but as we grew to know each other we laughed and marveled at how much we were alike. We knew all Tanya Tuckers songs we shared a common intrest in gardening. I still drive by the house on Chestnut Street and so in awe of that mamosa tree you planted as a twig ...It is the prettiest tree on that street to this day. Your sense of humor always had me in stitches ...that bunny you got for Dani and she accidently sat on it...( she was only 2) you called me screaming Dani killed that rodent....we laughed until we cried although tragic , your way with words Hiliarious ! Beth and Tyler are so sad you always treated them as if they were your own. Now grown and as time goes on my dear sweet friend I know one day we will meet up again....With all my Love your BFF~*~ Karin

Dani and Marah, My heart goes out to you both. Your mommy loved you so very much!! Your mother was a wonderful cook and great gardener, she certainly had a green thumb. One of my most vivid memories is how she and Aunt Anita helped with Adam and MJ's wedding reception. I couldn't have done it without her help. She was always ready to jump right in and help out. She will be missed very much. OX
