Nellie Eileen Fulks, 84, of Crown City, Ohio passed away Monday, February 13, 2012 at home. She was born May 5, 1927 in Mt. Sterling, Ohio daughter of the late John and Ellie White Brumfield. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband Charles F. Wright; one sister Mary Holland; four brothers Walter Brumfield, Carl Brumfield, Odell Brumfield and Bobby Brumfield. She is survived by her husband Stanford Fulks; 3 daughters Kathy (Roscoe) Brumfield of Gallipolis, Ohio, Patty (Keith) Boggess of Gallipolis, Ohio, and Jennifer Cox of Gallipolis, Ohio; 16 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; two brothers Dale (Alberta) Brumfield of Victor, WV and Lester (Jewel) Brumfield of Proctorville, Ohio; two step daughters Donna (Don) Collins of Canton, Ohio and Pam Calhoun of Gallipolis, Ohio; many nieces and nephews. She was a former employee of Owens Illinois and retired from GEC. She attended Forest Glen Church on Federal Creek in Miller, Ohio. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday, February 16, 2012 at Hall Funeral Home by Pastor Jim Parsons. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.

So sorry for the loss of your Mom Jennifer. She was truely a wonderful woman. She was always welcoming and warm. Can only imagine the hurt you are feeling. Praying Granny was there to welcome her to the other side. If you need anything, I am only a phone call away. Love you!

So sorry for the loss of your loved one. I took care of her for almost three years she was a lovely lady always with a smile. You are in my thoughts and prayers. She will be so sadly missed.
