Lucille Rigney, 77, of Chesapeake, Ohio, passed away Thursday March 15, 2012 in Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was born December 18, 1934 in Huntington, WV to the late Howard and Druecella Perdue. Lucille is survived by her husband Oscar Rigney; two sons Billy (Nancy) Chatterton of Florida, and Patrick (Tamara) Ward of Teays Valley, WV; one stepdaughter Brenda Steinbrecher of Nashville, TN; one brother Wetzel Perdue; and two sisters Betty Lucas and Marlene Rutherford. Funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday March 17, 2012 at Hall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery.
