Dear Phillip and Joy,
I was saddened to hear of Art's passing. He was one of the nicest men I have ever met. I will always treasure our Regatta Days, his ever present laugh and generous ways. I will miss visiting with him at the Wheelersburg Flea Market. He was one of the hardest working men I have ever met. He was truly from the old school and reminded me of my Grandpa who was also hard working and generous to all. May God bless you and your family and may your precious memories help you through this sad time.
Sincerely, Phyllis

We are so sorry to hear about Arthur. He was such a joy to talk to when visiting our Dad (and father in law) Charles Irwin at Heartland when they shared the same room. We will miss him calling us "Sis" and always his offers of a basket of peaches or apples when we left. Thoughts and prayers. Harry, Barbara and Lea Ann Fisher

Betty Ann & Phillip...I am so sorry for your loss. I will keep you in my prayers. We haven't been in touch for years, but I still remember the good times we had in elementary school, your Mom baking bread & your Dad working the fruit stand and how much I missed you when you moved to Ironton. God Bless you.
