Charlie was one of the most loyal friends and brothers anyone could ask for. Charlie was a HAM Radio operator and assisted the Emergency Management Agency with communications any time he was needed. He also served as the Chairman of the Planning and Exercise Committee with the county Local Emergency Planning Committee. But more than that, Charlie was my friend and brother and I will miss him terribly. I love ya my friend. Rest on with your Savior...free from your sickness and pain.

My brother, Carl, my sister, Linda and I were very close with Charlie as teenagers and young adults. He was our neighbor, but more importantly, our friend. He was always quick to laugh and be a true friend to us.We all went in different directions as we grew up and lost touch with each other. His obituary shows evidence of his heart and his willingness to serve others. We were blessed to have known Charlie (or we sometimes called him Frosty).
