 Walter "Grandpa" McDaniel 67 of Jasper, TX. died at his home on Monday April 30, 2012. Memorial services will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday May 3, 2012 at Forest Oaks Funeral Home and Crematory in Jasper, TX. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home prior to services. A native of Lott, TX. he was a resident of Cleveland, TX. from 1970 until moving to Jasper in 2005. A former employee of Maverick Pipe he also worked at Wal-Mart in Cleveland and Jasper, TX. as well as the Medicine Shoppe in Jasper, TX. Survivors include his wife Linda McDaniel of Jasper, TX. Daughters Cynthia Bolf of Sugarland, TX. Belinda and husband Steve McGraw of Jasper, TX. and Llacee McDaniel of Jasper, TX. a brother Jim McDaniel of Buffalo, TX. Eight Grandchildren Micheal, August, Kandace, Halee, Danyale, Hunter, Cooper and Easton. and several Great Grandchildren. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a charity of your choosing. I will miss this sweet, quiet man that delivered my prescriptions. My heart goes out to his family, especially Hunter & Cooper, who loved "Grandpa" so much.
