Ira Kendall BryantIra Kendall Bryant, 56, of Coal Grove, Ohio was called home to be reunited with his loving wife, Thelma Kay and his Lord on Monday, May 14, 2012 at his home in Coal Grove, Ohio. He was born June 26, 1955 in Holden, WV to his father and mother, the late Ira and Dorothy Bryant. He was also preceded in death by his life partner of 34 years, Thelma Kay Bryant and one brother, Leslie Bryant. Kendall is a devoted father of three sons David Bryant (Tonya) of Scottown, Ohio, Avery (Misty) Bryant of Kitts Hill, Ohio and Clayton (Molly) Bryant of Coal Grove, Ohio. Kendall was a wonderful grandfather to his eleven grandchildren who were always the apples of his eyes Cadance, Kyle, Peyton and Andrew Bryant, Kiersten, Kyle and Ethan, Tristan, Tanner, Levi and Kylie. Kendall is also survived by a close friend and step mother, Geneva Bryant and by five brothers Delmer (Charlotte) Bryant of Plain City, Ohio, Odell (Sandy) Bryant of Ocala, Florida, Ira Joe (Jeannette) Bryant, Delano (Mary) Bryant, and Roy (Pid) Bryant of Scottown, Ohio, and four sisters Barbara Sue (John) Bias of Chapmanville, WV, Carol (Bennie) Adams of Harts, WV, Pamela (Tom) Bradley of Proctorville, Ohio and Christina (James) Gorby of Scottown, Ohio. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, along with several cousins and extended family and friends. Kendall was deeply loved and will be missed by all.

Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, May 18, 2012 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Gordon Simpson. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, May 17, 2012 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.

David, Clayton, Avery, Kyle & The Bryant Family, Kendall was a dear sweet man. I am so thankful that I was a part of his life for 15 yrs. He meant so much to me. He will always be missed by all that knew him. So sorry for the loss of a wonderful, precious man.
