Syd and Paige, I am so sorry for your loss. I remember him as being so funny. I know he'll be missed. I also remember a Christmas season (when I was very young), he dressed as Santa & visited the neighbor children. I was sent to answer the door. I was so shocked & thrilled to se Santa at the door that I slammed it in his face and raced back to the basement to tell Mom & Dad who had rang the bell. They were highly amused that I didn't let him in and hurried to correct my poor manners. Rest well, Dick Wilding.

Dick Wilding was the type of friend who comes along just a few times in one's lifetime, if you are lucky. Dick was our business partner, consultant, Mentor, and most of all our friend. Mr. Wilding was highly-regarded and well-respected by his peers in the mining industry. Dick was a historian and a story teller, and I never grew tired of his company the many years we travelled the roads together. Although we mourn his passing, we celebrate his life. We will cherish the memories of the times we had the pleasure of his company all of our days. Dick was a kind and descent man and, will be sorely missed by those of us who knew him and loved him. Joseph P.

Syd and Paige, We are sorry to hear of Dick's passing and for your loss of such a marvelous loved one. You, Dick and Paige are a real part of our lives and our 17+ years on Hamill. Dick was a wonderful guy full of wit, history and storytelling. We regret we are not there with you all to share not only your sorrow but every bit as important to celebrate the life of a fine gentleman, neighbor, friend, father and husband - and, no doubt, a grand grandfather. May God bless and comfort you all. With lots of love and comfort to you, Syd, and to you,Paige, and to Ken and the grandkids, Pat & Henry
