Kay Willoughby Aldridge, 67, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Thursday, May 24, 2012 at home. She was born March 11, 1945 in Huntington, WV daughter of the late Bruce and Cathern Ritner Willoughby. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Joseph W. Willoughby; four uncles; and three aunts. She is survived by her husband Larry Gene Aldridge of Proctorville, Ohio; two sons Darius (Andrea) Aldridge of Chesapeake, Ohio, and Terry J. Aldridge of Proctorville, Ohio; two grandchildren Alyssa Aldridge of Chesapeake, Ohio and Liam Stover of Huntington, WV; one brother Bruce Allen "John" Willoughby of Chesapeake, Ohio; one sister Sue Willoughby Sowards of Culloden, WV; one sister-in-law Carol Willoughby of Mt. Holly, NJ; several nieces and nephews; and several great and great great nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank Hospice of Huntington for Kay's care and to Becky for the special care at home. There will be no services per Kay's wishes. In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations to Hospice of Huntington. Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio assisted the family with arrangements. Larry, we are so sorry for your loss. Have known you and Kay since I was 11 years old, and bought that drum set off of you all when you lived in Erine's Mobile Home Park. Then after I grew up and married Barb, Barb would see Kay here and there over the years. Always had a kind word for everyone. Just wanted to say how sorry we are for your loss.
