Carl Oliver Boster Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1928 - 2012 Carl Oliver Boster, 83, of Proctorville, Ohio entered into rest on Sunday, May 27, 2012 at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. He was born October 8, 1928 in Proctorville, Ohio to the late Elmer and Lucy Boster. He is survived by his wife Doris Bowman Boster; children Raymond (Stephanie) Boster, Karen (William) Singer, Terry Boster, Leon (Pam) Bowman, Faye (Danny) Black, Debbie (Keith) Adkins, and Barry (Brenda) Bowman; two sisters Marie Longhorn and Mary Whalley; and one brother Daniel Boster; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and a host of family and friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife Flossie; two sons Bobby Boster and Carl Boster, Jr.; and two brothers Ivan Boster and Sanford Boster. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, May 31, 2012 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio by Minister Emory McCallister. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, May 31, 2012 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.

Terry "The Round Man" & Karen, we are both so sorry to hear of Carl's passing. We can remember Carl and his cigars, and playing "ROOK" with him and Flossie, and watching wrestling and staying a good 10 feet away from him...LOL! He was a good man and a great person who we called a friend. Will miss him also. Our Love and Prayers are with you and the family at this sad time.
