 Austene Hancock Harris 83 of Jasper died July 8, 2012 at Timberlake Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Jasper, TX. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday July 11, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Forest Oaks Funeral Home and Crematory in Jasper with private interment at the West Oaks Cemetery. The family will greet friends at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A native of Jasper, TX. she was a lifelong resident of southeast Texas. A longtime member of Peachtree Baptist Church. Survivors include a son John Earl & wife Jeanice Burrell of Jasper, TX. a daughter Linda Gail & husband Tommy Williams of Deweyville, TX. Grandchildren Kevin, Molly, Cindy, Stacy, and Tommy Jr. Great Grandchildren Hunter, Austin, James Paul, Josh, Brittany, John, Brooke, Bailey, Ryan and Chase. Prayers of comfort for all the family. Austene was a sweetheart and I loved her dearly. I really enjoyed the time that she would come and visit Mother and me when we were in Jasper. Heaven gained another angel! Love to all, Charlotte
