Clifford Thomas Verdine Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1934 - 2012 Funeral services for Clifford Thomas Verdine, 78, of Katy will be 11:00 am Saturday, July 14, 2012 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment following in Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am the morning of the service. Mr. Verdine died July 9, 2012 in Kindred Town and Country Hospital in Houston. A native of Beaumont, Mr. Verdine lived in this area most of his life. He was a draftsman for the Texas Highway Department before retiring. Clifford proudly served his country in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. Mr. Verdine is preceded in death by his son Gary Verdine, parents Edvole and Minnie Rose Verdine and brother Cecil Verdine.

Clifford, you are missed but you are always in our hearts, prayers and thoughts. You were always there for your friends in their times of need and you always knew what to do or say to make things better. God only knows the sacrifices you made to help others. I feel truly blessed for having your son Gary as my best friend and having you as a great friend thereafter. May your family receive god given comfort and solace in this time of sadness and mourning.
