Arlen 'Bubba' D. MoyeFuneral services for Arlen D. 'Bubba' Coach' Moye, 77, of Silsbee will be 5:00 PM Friday, July 20, 2012 at Farmer Funeral Home. Visitation will be immediately after the service at the funeral home.

Coach Moye died July 17, 2012 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.

A native of Beaumont, Bubba was a long time resident of Silsbee. He was a graduate of the Allen Academy, SFA and McNeese. Mr. Moye retired from Silsbee ISD, where he taught and coached. Bubba coached for 48 years for several schools in Southeast Texas and was loved and respected by all his players and students. Bubba was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Silsbee.

He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Kassie Adams Moye of Silsbee; daughters Vicky Moye of Kirbyville, Clover Stiles of Italy, TX, Amber Manning of Jasper and Margaret Broussard of Beaumont; son Michael Adams Forse and wife Cindy of Florida; sister Ann P. Adams and husband Norman of Arlington; brothers-in-law Carl J. Adams and wife Amber of Conroe and Arthur L. Adams of San Antonio; eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made the the First United Methodist Church, 670 N 5th ST, Silsbee, TX 77656.

So sorry to hear this. Enjoyed knowing Bubba and having worked with him in Lumberton. He loved coaching and training and working with the kids. I loved to hear his east Texas fishing stories. He will be missed by many.
