Funeral services for Teddie Odell Hagar, 90, of Evadale will be 1:00 pm Saturday, August 4, 2012 at North End Pentecostal Church in Evadale with interment following in R S Farmer Memorial Cemetery in Silsbee with Veterans and Masonic Lodge graveside services. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Friday, August 3, 2012 at the funeral home.
Mr. Hagar died August 1, 2012 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont.
Teddie was born to John and Leonia Hagar in Kinder, LA on July 31, 1922.
He was a veteran of WWII, retired from Biscamp Electric as an electrician, a member of the Masonic Lodge in Evadale and a member of North End United Pentecostal Church of Evadale, where he was the lead guitar player for many years.
Mr. Hagar was preceded in death by parents; wife Dorothia Hagar and two sisters, Louise Oberg and Myrtice Mercer.
Survivors include one sister, Willie May Day; three stepsons, Carl J. Williams and wife Maxine of Evadale, Jerry Don Williams and wife Jeanette of Buna and Terry Lynn Williams and wife Phyllis of Buna; one step daughter, Wanda Bennett and husband James of Evadale; nineteen great grandchildren; twelve great, great grandchildren; eleven step grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and Brownee Biscamp, a special friend.
