I hope to attend the funeral. Steve would love to be there but he will be at work. He use to love taking your mom's groceries out to the car when he worked at A&P and J&M grocery stores.

I loved Ida Scott. Elly, Tessie, and Missy, I am so sorry for your loss. I have lost your address, Elly. Please write to me when you can. I went to a fabric store recently, and started thinking of your mother and you. Your mother could sew the most beautiful things, and make the best cookies in the world. I wish I could have a molasses cookie and tea with you. I love you, and have never forgotten you, Helen
