She was born on December 08, 1965 in Kerrville, Texas to Damon Willis and Carol (Myers) Willis. Janine enjoyed fishing, being with family and friends, and she was a moms & dads girl. Janine is survived by his loving parents Damon & carol Willis of Kerrville; husband Willie Hall; son Skyler Hall; 2 brothers Charles Blackwell and wife Jimmie of Kerrville & Robert B.Willis of Kerrville; 2 sisters Sheena Williams and husband Brian of Kerrville & Jo Anna Stirt of Bandera and many other family members and dear friends. Memorial services will be held, 4PM, Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012 at Wrights funeral Parlor in Kerrville with Pastor Moore officiating.
