Willa Dean Burcham, 79, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Sunday, December 23, 2012 at home. She was born September 8, 1933 in Huntington, WV daughter of the late Homer Walden and Nora Alice Shockley Adkins. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Jack Burcham; one sister Marilyn Ramsey; and one brother Leroy Adkins. She was a member of Fourth Avenue United Methodist Church, Huntington, WV. She was a square dancer with The Paw Taws. She is survived by two sons Danny (Leslie) Burcham of Chesapeake, Ohio and Homer Dale Burcham of Polk City, FL; three grandchildren Kolt Sarka, Donovan Burcham and Hunter Burcham; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, December 28, 2012 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Steve Rhodes. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, December 28, 2012 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Huntington. Danny and Homer,
I just discovered Deanie had passed away. Please accept my deepest condolences from me and the family. There are so very many fond memories of your mom, dad, and whole family over the years. Never forgotten.

Sorry for losing your momma Danny . Life is a big hill to climb and all this happened so soon and unexpectedly, It's like climbing a mountain and you can do it . We have faith in you. We loved Momma Deanie and still do. Love and prayers from me and Suz and kids.
